As any overachieving high school student may know, AP tests are officially over (for most of us, anyways). I finished up on Monday. However, AP tests mean that I don't have to attend school. But honestly, the choice is obvious between seeing my friends and getting to walk about over having to sit in one room for four hours.

Anyways, besides that, I've been grateful to be able to wear a lot of skirts and shorts. After what seemed like an endless winter, the blooms and blossoms took my breath away. Now with only three and a half weeks left of school, I am more than ready to embark on the journey of endless potential: summer. The season just spells freedom to me.
I'm officially kicking off the season with a trip to the lake house this weekend, perhaps I'll wear something particularly outfit worthy and do a photoshoot with my ever wonderful boyfriend. The thought of my lovely beau toting around a camera reminds me: prom was a few weekends ago. Have any of you guys been to prom yet this year?
Let me know how it went/how you want it to go!

Oh I definitely agree with you about summer and freedom. Pity we're heading into winter down in Aus. Meanwhile, the Holga photos you've posted are lovely. I love the lighting in the first one. xx

Great outfit. I love that shirt.
Yay on being done exams. I finished up my first year of university at the end of April, but summer means work...I'd rather be in school.
lake house and photoshoot? that would be my ideal weekend, haha.
sounds like fun and the best time to relax
The pictures are so gorgeous, and I love your outfit! I'm so glad AP testing is over, I finished up on Tuesday but we still have to go to school. Not fair, haha.
Super cute bag, and the skirt and belt look lovely together :)
Hope you had a great trip!
